The Gold Anchor Customer Satisfaction Award signifies the leader in customer satisfaction index scores among Grady-White's dealer network. This is the third time that Southeastern Marine has been recognized with this award with a perfect score of “10” on every customer survey returned. Admiral's Circle membership is reserved for those dealerships that have achieved the highest level of retail sales for the model year, plus customer satisfaction index scores as rated in customer surveys. Southeastern Marine is a charter member of the Admiral's Circle, winning thirteen consecutive years.
Not only did Southeastern Marine have the highest customer satisfaction scores for the year, the dealership had a perfect score of “10” on every customer survey returned!
